G’day from sunny Australia

Hello gorgeous students on vacation all around the world. It has been exciting to hear from so many of you over the break. You really are doing an excellent job on the blogging. Sorry I can not say the same for me but Mr Power has a way of hogging the computer when we only have the one here. We have been having a wonderful time, the weather is very hot, the traffic is very light and the pollution, well, what pollution? Only clear blue skies here in sunny Ballarat.

Hannah had a wonderful Christmas getting spoiled by Santa and her family and friends and she has really enjoyed wearing shorts and t.shirts each day rather than 3 layers and a coat like she will have on next week. If you want to see where I am staying go to this website

I hope you have a wonderful new year wherever you are and that 2008 is a happy and healthy year for all of us.

Love Mrs Power

  1. Wow, so it IS extremely hot at Australia. I hope the clear blue skies will be always there and it won’t be polluted. As the winter break is turning to an end, I am getting more and more curious who will be the best bloggers for December! Oh! Look! I am watching the news right now and it had snowed so much at Korea! There are snow reaching the level of a man’s knees! People estimated that there will be 30 cm of snow. Too bad it didn’t snow in the compound I’m living…ã… _ã…

  2. We have 4 laptops and 2 computers at home– all hooked up to the Internet– so all my family are online at the same time, ALL the time! 😉 I’m so jealous of the weather in Australia. It is freezing cold over here in Ottawa, and even though I love snow, I reached my limit on the first few days I got back! Hope you enjoyed Christmas, and have a safe and Happy New Year! 🙂

  3. Hey Mrs.Power,

You are so lucky! How I long for the sunny days back in Florida where all you needed was maybe a light jacket in the winter! Shanghai now is really cold! Well at least I think it is. You are very lucky that there is not a lot of traffic like it said on my blog. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
